Learn to Meditate
in Half a Day

Take a Saturday morning away in this peaceful environment to learn to meditate and how to apply meditative thinking to all areas of your life.

Upcoming Learn to Meditate Courses

In our busy multi-tasking world, distraction steals our time and productivity. Do we need to slow down or just become more mindful of how we are engaging with our world? The purpose of meditation is to make our mind calm and peaceful. If our mind is peaceful, we will be free from worries and mental discomfort, and so we will be able to make skillful decisions that lead to happiness. But if our mind is not peaceful, we will find it very difficult to be happy, even if we are living in the very best conditions. Through learning to meditate and developing a daily practice we will eventually be able to stay happy all the time, even in the most difficult circumstances.
