Living with mindfulness means to be truly alive. Instead of living with a distracted or inattentive mind we feel focused and purposeful. Mindfulness enables us to bring peace, love, and wisdom into each moment of every day. It is the practical method to fulfill our deepest wish – to lead a meaningful, present-centered life in a busy world.

This experiential and practical workshop will reveal how we can use Buddhist meditation and positive thinking to transform every moment of our daily life. Everyone is welcome and no experience is necessary.
