What is the mind? How can we use it to create positive changes in our life? Where do negative minds come from and how can we reduce and abandon them? How can we improve our concentration and other peaceful minds? How can we transform our mind and our self? What is an enlightened mind? We will answer these questions, and many more, all while learning to meditate in depth on the beautiful and blissful nature of our pure mind.
Through attending these weekly classes, you will come to practically experience the profound meaning of Buddha’s wisdom advice, empowering you to overcome your problems and find real meaning in your life.
This series of classes will be based on the book How to Understand the Mind.
