Experience the practical benefits of Buddha’s teachings, learn to overcome your problems and find profound meaning in your life. Each weekly class includes two guided meditations, practical wisdom on how to maintain the experience of the inner peace in daily life and time to discuss the ideas presented. Classes are held year-round and are drop-in. You do not need to attend the entire series.
