Each drop-in meditation class will outline essential steps to create a happy life from the inside out through meditation and positive thinking. Throughout the series, we will practice six core principles: integrity, consideration, non-attachment, non-hatred, non-ignorance and joyful effort. Through learning to make determinations to practice these we guide our life to a more balanced, joyful and meaningful experience.
Experience the practical benefits of Buddha’s teachings, learn to overcome your problems and find profound meaning in your life. Each weekly class includes two guided meditations, practical wisdom on how to maintain the experience of the inner peace in daily life and time to discuss the ideas presented.
Everyone is welcome, you do not need to attend the entire series. Each class is stand-alone and drop-ins are welcome. Cash, credit and check are acceptable methods of payment. We sit in chairs and light refreshments and tea will be served before/after. Meet like-minded and friendly people!
