In the fast pace of modern day life, it’s easy to feel closed off & distant from others. Through applying meditation we can awaken our heart and learn to cultivate meaningful relationships. With this, we can develop the tools to benefit others and we improve our ability to live harmoniously.
This series of classes on modern Buddhism is the perfect opportunity to begin and develop our experience of meditation so that it can be immediately applied to daily life. This practical and experiential series of classes will explore how to start and maintain a daily meditation practice. Everyone is welcome!
