Weekend Meditation Retreat in the Catskills
What to Expect?
This Autumn Getaway retreat will provide three sessions each day, each for approximately 75 minutes. The sessions combine practical instruction and guided meditation that will allow you to:
- connect with an experience of inner peace through meditation
- develop basic techniques that can help you to create a consistent habit of meditation
- leave with practical inner tools to apply what you’ve have learned to your daily life
All retreat sessions are in the World Peace Temple.
During the Breaks
Between retreat sessions take time to relax and carry your experience of peace in the following ways:
- nourish yourself with a refreshing drink and healthy snacks in the World Peace Café
- peruse our bookstore and giftshop
- immerse yourself in the stunning foliage found within our 82 acres of trails and grounds
- explore local towns and nature spots in the Catskills
- connect and discuss with like-minded people
