This five-day beginner-friendly silent meditation retreat will provide a chance to step away from the noise of busy daily life and refresh your mind through meditation. Spend the weekend learning guided meditations and cultivating inner peace. Then spend two days in complete silence to deepen your experience of inner peace and to tap into the tranquility of a still mind.
Everyone is welcome and no experience is necessary.
Structure & Silence
Friday to Sunday morning
Deepen your understanding and experience of meditation through the instructions given on the weekend.
Sunday afternoon to Wednesday
Transition seamlessly into a guided silent retreat where you can apply the teachings you’ve learned and enjoy the peace of mind that arises naturally within. Learn about the benefits of silence.

During the Breaks
Between retreat sessions take time to relax and carry your experience of peace in the following ways:
