Kyle Davis

In the fast pace of our work and personal lives our attention is easily scattered and our mind cluttered with endless distractions. Training in mindfulness gives us the power to overcome disturbing thoughts and to stay focused on what brings peace of mind. This weekend retreat gives us a chance to truly relax, by restoring our focus on what’s important. Empowered, we will re-enter our daily life with a confident ability to take on life’s difficulties with a balanced mind.

Kyle is the Resident Teacher of Kadampa Meditation Center Boston and has been teaching Buddhism and meditation for five years. He has studied and practiced extensively on long-term, in-depth training programs at Kadampa Buddhist temples in New York and in England. Kyle is well known for his good heart and clear, practical teachings.
