Finding Peace Weekend Meditation Retreat
Letting Go of the Past

We often have trouble letting go of painful events in our past and this affects the way we respond to our current life situations. Through training in mindfulness and meditation we can illuminate the real source of pain and difficulty within our minds and finally release it completely, leaving us with a tremendous feeling of relief and joy.

This weekend offers a chance to step away from the busyness of everyday life and refresh your mind through cultivating inner peace. Enjoy guided meditations and modern Buddhist teachings, which present practical tools to incorporate meditation to your day to day life. In the breaks, enjoy meaningful conversation and relax amidst the beauty and tranquility of the Temple and its natural surroundings.

Developing Confidence

Self-confidence is a state of mind that can be cultivated by exploring Buddha’s teachings on the mind. Through meditation, we can learn how to experience the pure and limitless nature of our mind. Through this peaceful and grounding experience, we naturally let go of our inhibiting insecurities and instead identify with our potential. This self-confidence naturally empowers us in all our activities.

Enjoy guided meditations and modern Buddhist teachings, which present practical tools to incorporate meditation to your day to day life. In the breaks, enjoy meaningful conversation and relax amidst the beauty and tranquility of the Temple and its natural surroundings.
