Awakening the Heart

May 19-21

with Guest Teacher
Kadam Eve Arias

In the fast pace of modern day life, it’s easy to feel closed off and distant from others. Through applying meditation we can awaken our heart and learn to cultivate loving and fulfilling relationships. With this, we naturally develop the tools to benefit others and we improve our ability to live harmoniously. This weekend retreat is the perfect opportunity to begin and develop our meditation experience in a way that can be immediately applied to daily life.

Resident Teacher of Odiyana Kadampa Buddhist Center in Connecticut, Eve is known for her clear, direct teaching with warmth and sincerity, showing how to practically and easily integrate Buddha’s teachings into busy, modern daily life.
