Drop-in Classes | Thursdays, 7-8:30pm

Buddha’s teachings on karma explain the relationship between our mind, our actions, and our experiences. Understanding how karma functions will put us in control of our life. We can learn to transform and neutralize negativity, and begin to create the happy future we all want.

Each class includes two guided meditations, practical wisdom on how to maintain the experience of the inner peace in daily life and time to discuss the ideas presented.

$10 per person  | No pre-registration required

Class Format

Each class begins and ends with a guided meditation. No previous experience is necessary.

Meet the Teacher Kelsang Chenma

Chenma is a Kadampa Buddhist nun and teacher at Kadampa Meditation Center New York. Her heartfelt teachings are practical and presented with warmth and humor, making them accessible to everyone.
