Don’t let your thoughts ruin your day! Discover why negative states of mind arise and how using the tool of meditation and by applying Buddha’s timeless wisdom we can eliminate them. Each class includes two guided meditations, practical wisdom on how to maintain the experience of the inner peace in daily life and time to discuss the ideas presented.

Each class begins and ends with a guided meditation. No previous experience is necessary.

Meet the Teacher Kelsang Chenma

Chenma is a Kadampa Buddhist nun and teacher at Kadampa Meditation Center New York. Her heartfelt teachings are practical and presented with warmth and humor, making them accessible to everyone.
