Don’t let your thoughts ruin your day! Discover why negative states of mind arise and how using the tool of meditation and by applying Buddha’s timeless wisdom we can eliminate them. Each class includes two guided meditations, practical wisdom on how to maintain the experience of the inner peace in daily life and time to discuss the ideas presented.

Each class begins and ends with a guided meditation – just follow along. No previous experience is necessary.

Zoe’s teachings are joyful, practical, and insightful. She delights in finding solutions to life’s daily problems through her practice of meditation and Buddha’s timeless wisdom, and is skilled at encouraging others in their own practice.
