Many people suffer from feelings of fear and constant anxiety or are simply overwhelmed by the stress and demands of everyday life. During this talk, Chenma will explain different ways of thinking about stressful circumstances, and how to use meditation to become fearless in the face of adversity and deal with our negative emotions more confidently and effectively.



Kelsang Chenma is an ordained Buddhist nun and has been studying and practicing Kadampa Buddhism for over 20 years. Her heartfelt and down to earth example shows through the power of her teachings.
