These half-day Saturday courses take place from 10am-1:30pm. Stay on for a vegetarian lunch in the company of like-minded friends ($5/person).

We all have within us our own source of peace and happiness. Yet due to the constant weight of negative states of mind, we often find it difficult to maintain any experience of peace. Since meditation is a direct cause of mental peace it can help us uncover a deep sense of happiness and contentment. Through learning to practice meditation we can gradually heal ourselves of anger, loneliness, and depression by replacing them with pure and positive states of mind.
This half-day workshop includes guided meditations, practical advice on how to maintain the experience of inner peace in daily life and time to discuss the ideas presented.
