Next Series: Finding Spirituality in an Age of Distraction
August 12 – September 16
(No classes July 22, July 29, August 5)
Modern life is full of noise, distraction and uncertainty — and yet most of us sense there has to be something more. In this six-week course we explore the transformative practice of finding refuge within: a practical path that turns fear into faith, confusion into clarity, and restlessness into genuine purpose. Each class gives you real tools you can use immediately - not just ideas to think about, but methods that work in the middle of ordinary life. You will discover how to find a source of strength within that is always available to you, how to build a structure for your life that brings lasting freedom, and how to measure your own inner growth. People who attend these classes don't just learn about spirituality - they change. And deep down, that is what we all want most
