Gain confidence to deal with challenging emotions like anxiety, fear, frustration, and depression. By understanding what precisely these mindsets are and how they function, we will be able to see where they come from internally. Once we understand this, we can learn how to adjust our thinking to more wisely and effectively work with these states of mind.

Our resilience and ability to navigate challenging times depends on a courageous, confident mind. We are not fixed, so even if we do not feel this way we can train in this courage and confidence.
