With Gen Samten
7:00-8:30pm |

In this busy world, our experiences of happiness are fleeting and short-lived, while inner peace eludes us completely. Our negative states of mind, such as uncontrolled desire and anger, create endless problems for ourselves and others, and prevent us from fulfilling our deepest wishes.

Go deeper in your understanding and practice of meditation and Buddha's teachings on Wednesdays with Gen Samten. Each class includes guided meditation, an aspect of Buddha's timeless wisdom and time for Q&A.

$10 per class | No pre-registration needed
