Awakening the Heart

How to Touch Your Heart and Move Your Mind

Learn how to touch your heart and move your mind. We often feel we are stagnant, staying the same year after year. In this course, we will see how to have meditation truly shift our thinking so that we change what we wish for, how we see ourselves and the world around us, and how we feel. We do not need to feel stuck--we just simply need to know how to change our mind with meditation. Specifically, we will look out how to use special meditations on loving-kindness. These awaken our heart, make us light and happy, and improve our relationships. There will be plenty of time to explore the art of contemplative meditation and how to work through the various obstacles that arise in a meditation practice.

Upcoming Class Dates: May 12, June 9, July 14, August 11
