SARATOGA SPRINGS: Tuesdays 7pm | Begins September 3rd

Awakening the Heart

FINDING STILLNESS AND MEANING IN A NOISY WORLD

Meditation is where we turn inwards to find a peace and serenity that we can then bring into each and every situation in our daily life. We develop the ability to cause the constant daily thoughts and chatter that fill our heads to gradually subside leaving us with a feeling of peace and spaciousness. Upon this basis we learn to let go of the past and find the joy and meaning in each and every day. We find psychological freedom. These classes are very practical and look at actionable steps that we can take to improve our relationships, transform ourselves and find real satisfaction life.

Teacher: Charlie Stuart
