AT THE TEMPLE: Mondays at 12pm

The Happiness Toolkit

Meditation gives rise to peace of mind, which in turn brings us happiness and freedom from stress, anxiety and difficult relationships. This program has been carefully designed to help everyone develop an enduring meditation practice. We’ll study the “Lamrim,” a time-tested system of 21 meditations that help you, step-by-step, become a wiser, more compassionate person. Discover the joy of meditation and become a life-long meditator! Each class includes guided meditations and advice on how to apply these teachings to our busy lives and increase our inner peace.

No Class: Monday, September 2nd
