Sunday Meditation Class

Finding Peace in Purposeful Living

Sundays 11am – 12:15pm

Most of us sense, somewhere beneath the busyness, that we want our life to mean something. Not in a grand or abstract way — but in the quiet, daily sense of feeling oriented, grounded, alive to what matters. Yet modern life has a way of pulling us in every direction at once, leaving us with the uncomfortable feeling that time is passing and we are somehow not quite living it. These classes are for anyone who recognises that feeling and wants to do something about it.

Each week explores a different dimension of what it means to live with genuine purpose — from the quality of our inner contentment to the way we treat the people around us, from how we handle anger to what we choose to care about most deeply. These are not abstract ideas. They are practical inner orientations that anyone can cultivate, and that quietly transform the texture of everyday life when they are applied. Together they form a single, coherent way of living: purposeful, peaceful, and deeply satisfying.

No previous experience is needed, and each class stands on its own — come to one, come to all. Whether you are navigating a difficult season or simply feeling the pull toward a more focused and meaningful life, you will discover practical tools that will make a real difference to your life.
