Meditations for a Clear Mind
Beginner Silent Retreat
July 11 – 15 | Registration Opens May 15 at 2pm
Settle into the clear nature of your mind. This special retreat will provide ample opportunity to gain experience of meditation practice. Buddha taught that our mind is like the boundless, clear blue sky. Our mental busyness, painful emotions, judgements and so on are like clouds. Through training, we can allow them to dissolve, revealing the boundless potential within.
This is not complicated! Giving ourselves the space to be on retreat and learn simple techniques for quieting the mind, we can discover a sense of joy and possibility. We will see that the quiet simplicity brought about through meditation is nourishing and encouraging. Having tasted this, we’ll realize this is always accessible. Everyone is welcome – including beginners!

Course Information:
There are three parts to registration: course fee, accommodations and meals. Certain types of accommodation may require booking for the full event. Dorm and BYO camping accommodations are usually available by the night. Please confirm availability at booking. Our meals are vegetarian, with vegan and wheat-free options, and are cooked onsite by our resident chef.

Friday – Sunday Only: $60
