A New World of Meditation
Beginner Silent Retreat
October 17 – 21 | Registration Opens August 21 at 2pm
Enter a new world of meditation. Meditation can be a stabilizing force in our lives. It lifts us up when we’re low and grounds us when we feel high. Mediation is not escapist or self-indulgent—it’s about cultivating the inner resources to respond to our life, our challenges and our world with perspective and wisdom. In this special silent retreat accessible for both beginners and experienced meditators, we will learn how to build a healthy, joyful relationship with meditation. The silence will aid our ability to go within and quiet down the noise in our mind. As a result, we will be empowered to drop our distractions and taste the bliss of inner stillness.
In this experiential retreat, you will:
• Receive essential techniques for effective meditation
• Have ample opportunity to enjoy the deep stillness of retreat
• Receive clear guidance on how to integrate this into your life going forward
Everyone is welcome!
