HURLEYVILLE: Tuesdays at 7pm | January 7 — February 18
Meditation and the Creative Power of Intention
Instead of new resolutions, learn how to harness new intentions. Intentions carry our life forward, while just forcing a new habit into our routine may not. If we understand the art of crafting new, positive intentions and strengthening them through meditation, organically our actions will change.
Buddhists have two main intentions: improve our mind and benefit others. These basic intentions inform our life. By harnessing these two intentions, our behavior and life will change, bringing us deeper happiness, more meaningful relationships, and an increased ability to impact the world in a positive way.
