Letting Go of the Past
Finding Peace Weekend
March 7 – 9 | Registration Opens January 31 at 2pm
It is time to REALLY live your life. Many of us feel haunted by our past, and it’s easy to feel bogged down by regrets, painful memories and negative self-concepts. Buddhist teachings offer gentle but precise and practical methods for acknowledging our past and moving into a more empowered, healed and confident state. This retreat will allow plenty of time to explore how to apply these methods so that each participant can return home confident they can integrate these practices into their busy life.
Teacher: Sarah Schaffer
Sarah is a Teacher at KMC New York where she studies in the Teacher Training Program. She is the main teacher for the Sparta Meditation class. Her teachings are practical and show how we can easily include meditation and Buddha’s timeless advice into daily life.
