Heruka Fire Puja

In order to complete the Heruka Counting Retreat commitments, it is necessary to engage in the Heruka Fire Puja.
Please note that for the Fire Puja we ask that you arrive no later than Friday, March 21 and plan to stay until March 24, as the Fire Puja may be delayed to weather, and also to help with preparations and clean up.

Teacher: Gen Kelsang Khedrub
Gen Kelsand Khedrub is the Resident Teacher at Kadampa Meditation Center Boston. He has been studying and practicing Kadampa Buddhism under the guidance of Ven. Geshe Kelsang Gyatso Rinpoche for over 30 years. Gen Khedrub has served as a Resident Teacher in Chicago and in Seattle, and over the years he has taught special events and led meditation retreats around the country. His heartfelt teachings are presented with clarity and humor that make them accessible to everyone. Through his humility and deep understanding of Buddha’s teachings, Gen Khedrub provides an inspiring example of a contemporary Buddhist practitioner we can follow.
Course Information:
There are three parts to registration: course fee, accomodations and meals. Certain types of accommodation may require booking for the full event. Dorm and BYO camping accommodations are usually available by the night. Please confirm availability at booking. Our meals are vegetarian, with vegan and wheat-free options, and are cooked onsite by our resident chef.
Fire Puja: $62 (no member discount is available)
Meals: $10/each lunch or dinner
